About the Orthognathic Surgical Techniques
Live, in- theatre recordings of the Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy, Genioplasty and Le Fort I Maxillary Osteotomy are given. The video recordings show these procedures relatively unedited in a step by step fashion to allow detailed understanding of these surgical techniques and their instrumentation. Upon completion you are awarded 2 CPD points.
The Course Synopsis
Live, in- theatre recordings of the Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy, Genioplasty and Le Fort I Maxillary Osteotomy are given. Details of all the steps are shown. Modifications of the Le Fort I that allows for down-sliding of the maxilla without the use of bone grafts is demonstrated. A Waferless technique is also shown in the absence of surgical wafers for the Le Fort 1.
